orders placed before 2 pm central time (Monday thru Friday - North
Texas) are shipped out the same day and orders received after 2 pm
central time are shipped the next day (Monday thru Friday). You will
receive an email with a tracking number when your shipping label is
created at the email address you provide. Orders are shipped thru FedEx or USPS, depending on customer preference and item being shipped. Orders
that have a P.O. box for a shipping address can only be shipped thru the
USPS. Items with free shipping are also shipped thru the USPS. Any order
with a total over $100 and without a P.O. box address are shipped FedEx.
We charge a flat rate on shipping (one fee regardless of how many items
you order), we charge $5.00 for USPS priority shipping or $6.95 for UPS
ground shipping. We are closed on major holidays (New Years Day,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas).

FedEx: All FedEx orders are guaranteed to arrive on an exact date, depending on where you are located and shipping method selected. Click here for a FedEx business days in transit map.
Holidays and weekends are not counted on the in transit map. FedEx next day or second day shipping is available for an additional charge. All FedEx orders are insured against damage or loss, customer must contact us with problems within 7 days of expected arrival to report any problems. Photos are required for damaged items (pictures taken with a phone & emailed work well). After photos are received the damaged items will be replaced free of charge (including shipping charge). If your items don't arrive by guaranteed date, FedEx will refund the shipping charges & we will credit your form of payment on all second day or next day orders. FedEx provides the ability to change the shipping address, hold your package at their local facility or other options thru their on-line tracking system if you will not be home on the day of your delivery (some services will require additional charges).
USPS: We use the Priority Service with the USPS, this service provides a tracking number and a quicker delivery over other shipping methods offered by the USPS. When your shipping label is created you will receive a email with tracking information, but the USPS does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. After they process your shipment they will update the tracking information with an expected delivery date. The USPS is closed on holidays & Sundays, but open on Saturdays.
Overall we strive to work with customers before and after any purchase,
we will answer as many questions as you have. Please ask any questions
before purchase to make sure you get the product you are looking for, we
answer emails on the weekends and after regular hours until 9 pm central
time. We also return all voice mail messages on the next business day if
we are closed when you call. We offer free color samples to verify color
(click here or email

samples). Samples are actual material used so your stripes/graphics will
look identical. Our return policy is different depending on what type of
product you have purchased, please read all exceptions below before
purchase. All items not mentioned in the exceptions below may be
returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase only
if items are unused and in like new condition.
Exceptions: Smoked light covers & lens protection may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after being used if visibility is a problem. Used emblem overlays may be returned or exchanged. Items can only be exchanged once. Shipping charges to return item are the customer's responsibility, shipping charges from original order are not refunded. All custom vinyl products that are made to customer instructions are non-returnable (hood lettering or other items that require instructions). Items purchased after Thanksgiving Day and before Christmas Day have 30 days from December 25th for return or exchange. All stripe kits may not be returned, these items are made for you after your order goes thru.

How to return an item: Ship item to the
address on your receipt (also below). Customer is responsible for return
shipping charges. Include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining
any problems or what you would like to exchange the item for. Also list
a contact phone number, if the number is different from the number
provided on the original order. Items requesting a refund will be
refunded to the original form of payment the same day they are received.
Any items not within the above guidelines will not be refunded,
exchanged or shipped back.
